I only passed by this pharmacy once, during a trip to Puglia. They listened to me carefully and provided advice that later proved to be correct. I specify that my problem was a bit "delicate" and rightly so I ended up with a doctor! But she made me feel at ease within seconds. A positive experience therefore for both humanity and professionalism.

Terrible experience. Appointment for covid swab at 10.30. The same person in charge distributes the sheets for filling in, the same person collects the sheets, the same person carries out the swabs, the same person goes back and forth to make payments and give receipts, all this by opening and closing the door by touching handles and without ever having seen it disinfect hands with gel (I can't say if he did it inside). The test results? Only on paper and after further waiting absolutely not estimated in the 20 minutes said verbally. For the online result you have to wait until the afternoon, with the unknown of the arrival...reinforcements arrive, but the exact same organization, they go back and forth throughout the long queue of people waiting to have papers or to do the swab or to have the results. In parallel, if you need a medicine, there is another queue at the entrance to the pharmacy, one operator only alternating with the other. Calmly is the password... One moment of patience is another. We had a lot of them considering that we had the result not after twenty minutes but after an hour and twenty minutes. To forget about the "delicacy" with which the swab was carried out....I hope you at least read the review because it seems that you are clear that you are the only ones open today and that customers have needs, but less what customer orientation and satisfaction means the needs. There wasn't even any system downtime.... Get organized!

It is a pharmacy that deserves 5 stars in all respects. Friendly, prepared, efficient, humane, serious, professional. I can't say enough good things about it. They have solved a problem for me twice that no other pharmacy has been able to do. The commitment made is admirable

Used voucher on expired drugs on euphidra cosmetics....a big joke, it is sold at a normal price already under €20 (maximum price on €18 on sale) and they put it on sale at 24.50 and then say that they discount you €5.😔 big disappointment
