I am heartened to have to write this review of a pharmacy with which I have always had a good experience and which I preferred to others. The unpleasant episode in question concerns a problem posed to the pharmacist in which I ask for a medicine with the principle of lidocaine for operations which are too painful and which the physiotherapist was working on a leg that had undergone 3 operations, he recommended a drug with the principle of lidocaine (as I requested) and tetracaine to enhance the anesthetizing effect, with a unit price of 34.90 euros. Since she is the expert, I accept the advice, as a good customer, I thank her and leave. The next day the physiotherapist, seeing the price, tells me that a drug with lidocaine like L**N costs from 6 to 8 euros no more and the effect is immediate rather than waiting 30 to 60 minutes like the drug sold to me (which forms a mask and is not absorbed), especially recommended for aesthetic laser procedures. We wait 45 minutes after application, no mask forms despite the instructions followed to the letter on the leaflet, on the contrary, it comes off in pieces but above all no anesthetizing effect. I immediately call the pharmacy to have explanations on the matter, the pharmacist remembers the situation, instead of taking an interest in resolving the unpleasant inconvenience of EURO 34.90, she rails against me because I didn't put it in the fridge as she suggested. I reiterate that I have almost always referred to this pharmacy for its kindness and strategic position for my needs, despite the sale of a drug with a price fivefold compared to what it would have cost me if I had taken the drug with only the principle I asked for, not he tells me in the most absolute way that he has to put the medicine in the fridge, also because if that were the case he would have had to give it to me in a thermal bag and not in a classic sachet... in the end do you know what he tells me? Verbatim words: IT'S MY WORD AGAINST HIS. Well what can I say, I picked up the phone because I realized I was dealing with an unprofessional person as well as the fact that I wouldn't have solved the problem. Having said that, I wasted 34.90 euros, and they lost a customer as well as having a negative public review which will perhaps cost them more than they lost me.

Pharmacy fully stocked with medicines for all patients. Kindness and friendliness are the basis of the pharmacy itself. The entire staff, including its owner, are of the highest professional level. The pharmacy also has products for personal hygiene, such as blush, lipstick, foundation, etc. etc.. Heartfelt congratulations.
