Very friendly service, pharmacist spoke English. No parking space in the front but within walking distance. Was open on a Sunday, too.

Historic pharmacy in the center of Ponte; for convenience I recommend parking in front of the church. I found the doctors competent and kind despite the inconvenience caused by the crowd for Covid swabs. I applaud the patience shown towards rude and impolite customers. In the pharmacy I then found a line of perfumes that were very interesting in terms of quality/price

I bought a hair dye there was only one box I needed another and they were delicious When it arrived I noticed that the box was different from the one I got. I came back another day to say that the color indicated on the box was completely different. The lady who works looked at me 🙄 and told me that if the codes on the box are the same then it's the same color and I don't have to look at the color indicated on the box (ok but what does it mean that color corresponds to the number on the box?!?!?!) I started dyeing my hair and the result is - they are two different colors mixed together them😡 but if you're not sure what you're saying, better not say it!!!! Wasted money and hair to re-dye…. “Thank you very much” never again….

Organization for the vaccine is total chaos, it would be enough to give a number and everything would be resolved instead of leaving patients to argue among themselves over who arrived first or last. Waiting times over an hour long for five people. On the part of an employee who was extremely rude towards a customer, if it had been me I would have gone out and looked for another pharmacy. The only positive thing is the doctor in charge of giving vaccines, polite, understanding, kind, competent and humane, which some people lack nowadays. Conclusion never again in this pharmacy
