Yesterday June 17th I went to your pharmacy at 7.40pm and what a bad experience. I shouldn't have to explain but I do it anyway, I had a fever of 39 because I tested positive for covid. After taking a home test a few minutes earlier I came to you to get a confirmation test. I'm not saying that you have to receive people with redheads and flowers but at least the minimum amount of respect towards a person who is ill and who is also paying, so the service should be given with a minimum of courtesy but unfortunately it was quite the opposite . I ring the intercom and a not very happy lady comes out, I tell her that I have to take the test because I had already done the one at home and very annoyed and rude she tells me that I have to wait a few minutes and closes the door... Then an even more annoyed boy arrives and asks me, do you have to do the swab? I answer yes... and he replies "but why didn't you come before?" But what are these conversations? I repeat, I don't have to give explanations but I simply came at that time because I arrived from work at that time, with a fever etc., is it a crime to come at that time? at this point change the closing time because as far as I know I didn't come after hours. Please if you don't like your job, or are tired of doing swabs then don't do it anymore but this attitude towards a person who is unwell is not normal. And also while I was waiting I saw that there was the same attitude with other people. I add, like me they were foreigners, I hope it has nothing to do with it but in any case I invite you to review a little the attention provided by at least these two people. *********************************************** Since I can't respond to the response received from the owner, I'll respond here: 1.
