I called at 7.40pm for an emergency, a gentleman answered and told me that they closed at 7.45pm and that if I had knocked on the shutter (since I was coming from a neighboring town) MAYBE he would have opened. I arrive at 7.50pm and a girl with glasses rudely told me that it would take half an hour to turn on the PCs and to go to another pharmacy (after having raced against time given that the other pharmacies closed at 8pm)! I was left without that very urgent drug, I hope that no one happens to find such poor-hearted people..! It will definitely no longer be my reference pharmacy..!
They don't have much inventory. Especially for baby products, including medicines. So more often than not they order it for you and bring it to you in a few hours, but if there is an emergency it's not the best. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff. The entrance for disabled people/strollers is very negative. It is located at the back of the pharmacy and is often invaded by boxes. You also enter at the back of the counter and the situation becomes unpleasant with a stroller, if you wanted to go and check the products on the shelves. This solution definitely needs to be reviewed.
Very well trained staff, always smiling and oriented towards customer needs. In the absence of the requested product, they try in every way to get it delivered in the shortest time possible. Thanks everyone.
