Terrible experience, 11.20pm my son has severe pain in his neck, I go to the pharmacy to get some ointment advice, and "the doctor and owner" as she calls herself tells me that I need a prescription and therefore can't give me anything, she tells me she doesn't sell fruit and vegetables and when I tell her how dare she, at that time I certainly wasn't there to go for a walk... she hangs up the phone... without words... I guess I will go to meet this doctor in person!!!
When I arrived at the Botricello pharmacy in emergency, I was warmly welcomed by a competent doctor who provided me with several options to solve the problem and also gave me instructions on how to reach the local doctor.
Total incompetence, don't rely on their advice
Extremely rude and unprofessional, in addition to very high prices. Not recommended!
They aren't very courteous, they seem to be unprepared or maybe they simply don't want to have sex
