Very bad experience... the only pharmacy on duty that doesn't answer the phone, much less the doorbell... I have no words!
The Marcelli pharmacy is a good pharmacy with an excellent supply of medicines. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Inexplicable slowness: with no one in line the two pharmacists continued talking to each other. Alright. Opening hours: break from 1pm to 4pm? Well, luckily I'm a pharmacy. I ask for a urine culture container. Cost €1.50. In Bologna, in the center, via Irnerio, it costs 70 cents. Come on then. They make people laugh, they march on them because they are in the square in Giulianova. I recommend the pharmacies down at the beach. This one is to be avoided in the village
I accompanied my mother to get the swab done and I was able to witness how the operator worked with competence, kindness and great humanity without neglecting any customer, especially the elderly. Excellent.
