It depends a lot on the pharmacist who is there. The one is very friendly and helpful. The other pharmacist was obviously disappointed that she has to do a Rapid covid test and interact with people in anything but Italian. We waited in line, paid for the test and then we had to wait outside for 20min for her to serve 6-7 other patients before taking the probe. More than an HOUR for a Rapid antigen test, waiting outside in the winter, is very unpleasant!
Professional staff, as I needed a medication, I was recommended some very effective products. Excellent pharmacy
