I'm sorry I read a negative review about laser hair removal. I purchased a package of 12 sessions last year. I admit that I was skeptical at the beginning, but I trusted the ladies Manola and Alessia. Even though the sessions had started around May 2022, I had no problems going to sea already in July-August. I should have completed the last session for spring 2023 and instead, since I was still satisfied with the service, I completed the last session in these days. There were a few stray hairs left. And I have very complicated hair. Fast or not, I was told that for the 12 sessions I would obtain the desired result and so it was. 95% gone. So, thank you. I won't focus on friendliness and helpfulness since the 🔝. Not at all obvious. Generally, if you go to the shops, even if you pay, it almost seems like you have to thank them, however, they know how to treat customers to keep them over time.

Introduction: evaluation refers exclusively to the laser hair removal service. I advise against relying on them mainly for these reasons: - the laser is applied too roughly and hastily (a total body in 10 minutes!), and consequently there is no total and careful coverage of the areas to be treated. Unless you like the "leopard spot" effect with tufts of hair here and there, it's not good! - it hurts too much. I can only say this after having tried in another centre, with much better results despite almost imperceptible discomfort. This leads me to think that the pharmacy machinery is obsolete and/or malfunctioning. My experience, therefore, is very negative: after all the recommended process (and paid for in advance) I found myself with only 10% less hair. This forced me to turn to another centre, at much higher costs and having to almost start from scratch, re-treating all the areas previously done, practically as if I had done nothing. In summary, therefore, it is the classic example of "spend a little and spend twice"! If you want to undertake a hair removal process, it is best to rely directly on serious and specialized centres.

Medication for children 3 years old is requested and a medication is delivered for children over 12 years old. Realizing the oversight, I called the pharmacy and was told that I could also administer the drug to a 3-year-old child. I find this serious and absurd. There must be a reason why the leaflet excludes administration to children under the age of 12!!!! The drug was purchased at night by my pregnant wife, who couldn't even go back...
