I think it's the best pharmacy in the area. They are always very kind, well prepared, helpful, patient, and above all they don't make you spend money unnecessarily on things that are of no use. They speak clearly, in fact sometimes you leave without having bought anything. They don't have to sell all the costs, as they do in other pharmacies. We don't live in Borgosesia, but when I need it I come here specifically, precisely because I like their way of working and behaving with customers. They don't put on too much air, they are good people and put you at ease, without making you feel like you're just wasting their time, as happens in other places.

I spoke to a rude pharmacist on the phone, especially in times of Covid... zero instructions on how to do it and it even makes you feel stupid if you don't know how things work, for them it's all "obvious". I will never use this pharmacy again
