I bought a pair of pregnancy compression tights. They had to be ordered so I gave my height and weight and the lady ordered a size 2. When I went to collect I explained that I have very slim legs and that I imagined they would be too large on my ankles. Instead of ordering the size below the lady forced me to buy them saying that I should try them on over a pair of other tights and then if they weren’t correct to bring them back. I would never have bought them had she not said that I could bring them back if they weren’t right and get a full refund (not just an exchange). I tried them on once and they were loose on the ankles and far too short. When my husband tried to return the tights (like we were clearly told we could do) the lady who I had spoken to said that he could have a buono card to spend at a later date. The owner then arrived (Claudia) saying that because they had been tried on and not folded properly they could not be returned. She held them up in front of a queue of people asking who would buy them!!! Absolutely rude and unprofessional other than being complete liars. Saying one thing to me to make sure I bought them and then another to my husband. They should not be allowed to operate like this. This would never happen in England. I would strongly recommend not using this pharmacy.
