Rude and very rude owner. He interrupted his colleague (who was clearly already embarrassed) who was calmly trying to help me to say that I was "causing problems" for myself when I was looking for a solution similar to what the doctor had prescribed - a phrase he repeated several times until I I didn't tell her she was rude. She said she was “trying to help me” but her way of helping me was by looking for alternatives that were not similar to those of the doctor just to solve quickly and also in an ironic tone. I noticed that the scene of her following me to the door of the pharmacy shouting after I said that she was rude and that I would rather leave (with a pregnant woman - me) is not something that happened only to me but also to others reading reviews pass. You don't look much at the reviews of pharmacies but I hope that before going there you can carefully consider whether to choose this one or go somewhere else. P.s. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Not a huge pharmacy but with all the safety regulations present. Prices normal.

Don't go in the morning. Before 9. There is always only one pharmacist to serve and therefore the queue forms. And with the queue... they also talk about promotions to customers.

Rather well-stocked pharmacy, in any case any medicines that are not available are delivered within 24 hours. The staff is always friendly, helpful and prepared. The only flaw is the parking, too few spaces always occupied and with very limited maneuvering space

It is a pharmacy where I go very little, although it is close to home, because despite the availability of cosmetic and high-margin items, I hardly find drugs and supplements without having to go back twice. This morning, after having spent half an hour in single file, wearing a mask, at a distance of 2 meters from the other patients and with strong nausea (which is why I was taking a medicine near home) I had the misfortune of being served by the curly redhead nurse, who is always annoyed and not smiling at all about normal things. This morning the pharmacist was ruder and ruder than usual, taking advantage of her role, at a time when unfortunately patients are more in need of medicines (contributing to the support of her salary despite many who are losing their jobs). When I politely begged her to be kinder, she railed against me, shouting and following me to the exit of the pharmacy, without a mask and against all safety, common sense and education rules. I left because my common sense made me act in the direction of respect and safety for myself and the other patients in line. I believe this fact is very serious and shameful, being generated by staff who should help. Obviously, I will never set foot in this pharmacy again but I invite the owners to meditate on the opportunity of having an employee so little devoted to helping others, capable of managing her frustrations and maintaining the self-control necessary for anyone who works with people.
