Very large and well-stocked pharmacy, young, kind (very kind) and knowledgeable staff. They pay close attention to the anti-Covid protocols with a mandatory one-way route with separate entry and exit.

This is an OBJECTIVE review, and not a subjective one. In the photo there are instructions for correctly carrying out the anti-Covid test. Pass the swab at least 5 times in each nostril. Execution of the "doctor" assigned to this service: he swabbed a single nostril for a fraction of a second. Let me start by saying that I have symptoms and the home test was positive while the "pharmacy" test was negative. OBVIOUSLY! So I wonder why such a WRONG execution? Prove that covid is not that widespread? Fuel the contagion by sending around people who, despite being positive, test negative? Make a symptomatic person repeat the test over and over again, for €15 a time? I do not know. But I know that if you want a reliable test, as far as the typology allows, YOU GO TO ANOTHER STRUCTURE.

INCOMPETENT I recently had my ears pierced by them and they came several times, one higher, one lower. So I asked if they could somehow remedy their mistake and they told me I would have to pay to be able to redo the holes in the spot. right. I honestly don't understand why after paying I didn't receive an efficient service and despite this they didn't assume their responsibility and didn't give me any solution other than to repay and pay further.

I have been to this pharmacy for various things and I can say that the staff is really friendly and kind, they work very well and take care of their customers!
