Farmacia Marzagalli Snc

I have never preferred this pharmacy, fortunately, using the main and well-stocked one located on the Sempione... but after having attempted a "trivial" purchase again, I am certain that I will never set foot there again. Great arrogance and ignorance on the part of the staff who approach customers with the rudeness and confidence reserved for unwelcome relatives... and certainly not for potential buyers. Furthermore, whoever served me didn't even know that to do a urine culture (which is not a urine test....) you need a jar with a vacuum system... I had to request it, to the amazement of the other side of the counter 😅. Honestly painful.

The only one in the area that charges for the swab even if you have a regular electronic order issued by the doctor for an antigenic swab, for control or quarantine closure... their systems don't accept it. When asked to see an example of a recipe "suitable for their systems" they told me to go elsewhere. The same request was duly accepted by the San Lorenzo pharmacy and the Cattaneo pharmacy in Rho.

A disaster!!!! I never find what I'm looking for, always without it!! It would be convenient for me, I live 200 meters away, but I'm forced to go to Preti which always has everything

Professionalism and availability also by telephone messages. Kindness and affability are at home.
