I present a medical prescription in PDF and complains that since it is paper it could refuse to sell the product. He gives me the receipt and refuses to enter the tax code because I didn't present the paper medical prescription!!!

About two weeks ago I had to go to the Marzolla pharmacy in Limena to carry out a verification swab on the occasion of an important trip. Introduction: I had already carried out approximately 3 swabs at home during the previous week plus a swab taken at home by my family doctor on the same day. All negative, TOTALLY NEGATIVE. Despite this, the swab carried out in the pharmacy was "slightly positive" (according to the exact words of the pharmacist) first of all, and the molecular one carried out immediately afterwards was positive. At the moment I am registered as positive and I go home not yet completely convinced of the result. Both my mother and I therefore decide to carry out two more at home, among other things swabs which are sold by the pharmacy itself and are therefore presumed reliable. The result is again negative for both. At this point I go back to the pharmacy explaining the situation and asking to be able to carry out another swab for a fee, as I couldn't explain how all this was possible. I receive as a response a categorical "no" and a "for us you are positive and so you remain". I then ask if by going to another pharmacy and carrying out a swab I would have violated some rule imposed by the health system. In relation to this, I was told that as there was no longer the obligation to isolate and by wearing the FFP2 mask I was fully compliant. And guess what? The result was negative, both for me and for my mother with two swabs, one of which was molecular. At this point my question is: when a person politely asks to try again to carry out another swab for safety, among other things for a fee, how is it possible that they will be refused?

Excellent pharmacy where you can find everything from medicines to cosmetics, from perfumery to personal hygiene, very knowledgeable staff available to give advice, generally very busy but they are good and fast.

Not recommended, terrible service! I called to order a drug that I have to take daily, but I needed information on the wording to write on the prescription. The extremely rude pharmacist I spoke to wanted to deduce from my questions about the wording that the doctor would not have filled the prescription for me and therefore deliberately decided not to order the medicine for me. When I went to collect the prescription, I was told to come back the next day because the order had not been placed, as if a patient could afford to skip taking a medicine without serious consequences. I advise the aforementioned pharmacist to change jobs.
