Unfortunately I have to only give three stars, I say unfortunately because the pharmacy is well stocked and most of the staff are very courteous and kind. Ready to give the right clarifications when needed. However, a single rotten apple risks infecting the entire tree. I find myself forced to point out that the pharmacist Paola, 33 years of service, degree with top marks, information which she was keen to clarify (if there were a degree in rudeness she would certainly have the highest in that too), claims the right not to consider, or rather, give your interpretation of the NHS directives. Despite myself, I am a regular customer for my grandmother. History: Rightly, when I asked for ventolin, not having the prescription with me, the latter was not given to me, I repeat, rightly, but I was asked why folina, lexotan (these are my experiences), medicines that require a doctor's prescription are often easily given without , based somewhat on the customer they are faced with. My question is: can a pharmacist ignore the directives of the NHS? Is it therefore your choice to give the drug or not?

Kind, professional and competent. Excellent advice on medications and herbal products. I asked for a food supplement for sports activities, pointing out my gluten intolerance, and with patience and attention I received a product suited to my needs. I highly recommend it!

After several years in this pharmacy where I spent considerable amounts of money, today the lady who served my son decided to settle his request without even listening to him carefully: my son arrives at the pharmacy with 4 prescriptions and it's a request for a medicine ( ventolin spry for asthmatics and therefore life-saving). Who unfortunately had forgotten the recipe. The lady didn't want to listen to reason and didn't give the medicine. My son went to another pharmacy and it was given to him with the sole request to bring the prescription as soon as possible. With this I have definitely closed the relationship with this pharmacy. Me, my family and certainly also friends.
