For several years, Dr. Alessandra Mascaro's pharmacy has been my trusted pharmacy. A trust built and consolidated over time, thanks not only to the excellence of the services offered, but to the great attention paid to human relationships. Each Doctor who makes up the team follows each person in their needs, with professional competence, courtesy and kindness. Dear Mr Luigi, it was clear to both me and the pharmacist in question that he was rude. Your arrogance in treating the pharmacist and myself included badly makes it clear how little of a man and low level you are. To clarify the drugs it wasn't sixty (but it doesn't matter to her since the shift is respected and in that case it wasn't hers but mine) To clarify again, I am not a carer, dear Mr Luigi, but a granddaughter who looks after her grandparents (in this rare world) The pharmacist only did her job and I assure you that there are very few pharmacies and doctors like the Mascaro pharmacy that are professional and always available. So dear Mr. Luigi, before you put negative reviews and shoot down those who do your job, at least have the kindness (in your case it doesn't exist) to at least tell the truth. She (without any disability I tend to point out because in that case I would have given up my place to her first) didn't want to respect her turn and because she was in a hurry, thinking carefully about offending the doctor who was doing her job and me who was there. The pharmacist present, without a minimum of common sense, temporarily interrupted the delivery of at least 60 medicines to a carer who was working on behalf of numerous patients to whom she provides assistance, only in response to a protest from me.
