Best pharmacy in Cernobbio staff are well prepared !
Owner together with pharmacists 🤮🥶DRUG for final ovarian stimulation EXPIRED OVITRELLE. They wanted to make my wife take an expired ovarian stimulation medicine. Total disgust!!!!!! This story deserved a COMPLAINT, my wife and I order this drug, which is delivered to us from their display shelf at room temperature, at this point my wife asks him if the drug should have been kept in the fridge, to which their pharmacist replies NO, then checks and says YES but apologizing that the drug has only been out for 10 minutes. My wife brings the medicine home in the fridge, but as it is a delicate medicine I ask the pharmacy to replace it. I bring the medicine back (I mark the box beforehand for fear of not receiving the same box back in the afternoon) which they promise me will be replaced in the afternoon. DISGUSTED and ANGER!!! I go in the afternoon to collect the "new" package, cold package but I notice the marks that I had left (therefore the same box exposed to various temperatures). They wanted to make my wife take an expired drug to stimulate the ovaries and ruin therapies, visits, months of stress and hopes for a baby for €49, not to mention the contraindications and possible other consequences. Everyone with their backs against the wall, not even a "sorry, we made a mistake". I've already spent too many words on beasts. Avoid this pharmacy forever, there are others, hopefully not like this.
Very professional and kind pharmacists. At 4.30 pm I requested a medicine that was not present in the pharmacy, they ordered it and at 7.00 pm they delivered it to me sharply. Excellent service.
In these difficult times finding a Pharmacy with a capital "F" is not easy. Young and always smiling group, all generous with good advice and 1000% availability! Excellent service also via WhatsApp, through which you can request availability of medicines and possibly order what is missing. Highly recommended in all respects!
Always present and very kind to customers.. A staff that works really well at customer service with great experience and competence! 😂
