We were on a holiday and went to do antigen test to go back home. My father tested positive and we had to stay quarantine in Italy for 7 days. Was awful experience, we alone in another country. However the staff of the pharmacy was very warm-hearted! They understood us and most importantly comfort me as I was crying, when he tested positive 2nd time after 1 week, even though they couldn't do much in real. Their service and attitude was very professional as well as welcoming and understanble. All the staff knew my case and treat it personally, which I admire regarding the way of treating this virus nowadays. Even before that I was going there for another medicine and they resolved this problem as well. Would like to say big Thank you to the girls who met me in real and all the staff there!!!
They don’t even deserve one star. Worst pharmacy ever . Staff is so rude and never been of help. I live in Bari and every time i go there they treat me in a very bad way . I wouldn’t go back even if i am dying
