Unnerving queue, on a Saturday there were various people in line and the doctors, as if nothing were dispensed, even advice on the products. Now if the customer is rude and doesn't care that there are people waiting and he's not there to waste time, the pharmacist tries to speed up...but nothing. Something like this had never happened to me.
For a drug, we queued for 30 minutes to order it because the pharmacy had none and another 30 minutes to collect it the next day even though the preferential lane for collecting already paid for drugs had been selected. Complaining to the young doctor in charge, who continually avoided making people wait 30 minutes to collect drugs that had already been paid for, she did not understand in an uncourteous manner that there is no justification for making people wait 30 minutes to collect drugs. only one drug already paid for. All you had to do was move the line along as expected. Unfortunately the young doctor is always the usual rude one, I would have appreciated an apology with a promise to do better, but instead I was told several times that I didn't understand how it worked. Luckily there are other good, professional and polite doctors like the tall, dark and thin doctor whose name I can't remember.
Got worse. You have to wait many minutes in line. Lately they've been being clever by not applying discounts and ''accidentally'' making mistakes on the receipts. This was absolutely not the case before, the staff were friendly and you didn't have to wait hours to buy something. Never again.
A unique rudeness and rudeness, arrogance from a "doctor" who should be ready to listen to patients' problems and serve with kindness. In the midst of work they welcome the users as if they were a reject, in particular one of the two youngest, nervous, opinionated and pedantic. To be avoided, even due to long waits, long queues and only one person managing the entire pharmacy. Go elsewhere!
Unfortunately, due to only one doctor-responsible as she herself described herself (the shorter one, it seems there are two, the other taller one who is friendly and certainly worthy of her job) I was shocked. I don't know why but this one, on Tuesday 21st afternoon, she seemed to have it in for me by adopting a superior, humiliating behavior (she told me we don't do suspended people here and I had no intention of doing so, thank God I can afford to pay at the moment ), incompetent and even though he had made a mistake in giving me a loanable drug and which he was making me pay for in full, he didn't even want to apologize. And he kept saying that I was wrong. the two pharmacists on duty pretended nothing had happened and the guy in the blue coat defended her, I think to ingratiate himself. The two customers who were there shouted at me and one of the two shouted, I repeat shouted, and told me that I was scaring her little girl with my loud voice. Now I wonder if this is a pharmacist or a boss of the neighborhood (the way they falsely defended her). It's a good thing that the other pharmacists who work in this pharmacy seem more friendly because I've been there several other times, and because out of necessity I'll have to go back. So the funny girl gets over it.
