Let me start by saying that I have been a customer for several years, today I went to the pharmacy to purchase two Balavita co-functions, after queuing, I was told that the prescription was not suitable as on the prescription the prescription was for two packs containing one bottle each and instead the package available was the one of two, I underline that my wife takes this drug every Thursday and therefore if they could advance one by paying and tomorrow I would bring the correct prescription, in response the lady said that it could be done but she would not give the money back but it forced me to buy products at the pharmacy. I don't know what policy you have but they are really not very helpful with customers. Very bad.

If I had to choose a pharmacy, I would choose the Massidda Pharmacy. People who believe in what they do!! The owners, Ornella, a competent and talented doctor, truly unique, Francesca, a doctor, very attentive to detail, available and kind. Their team consists of "Anna, a doctor, always present and attentive", a very kind person, Yasira, a doctor, very attentive to detail professional, "Romy is a great person", above all kind, they make their preparation and knowledge available, always supporting the users themselves..

Well-stocked pharmacy with friendly and competent staff. It is also open on Sunday mornings.

I don't question the courtesy of the staff, I went there urgently because I ran out of a used ointment prescribed by my dermatologist for a therapy I follow... there was no way, the pharmacist didn't want to sell me the product, convinced of her theories ( moreover incorrect) even calling me stupid/naive for the request, and made me buy other products which for my specific case do not solve the problem!!! Honestly, I bought them out of desperation, otherwise the controversy and the lesson on how drugs work would never end (which no one asked!)! So, in addition to NOT HAVING RESOLVED THE PROBLEM, I ALSO HAD TO BUY PRODUCTS THAT I DON'T NEED! I understand the advice, but people are not always "unprepared" in their requests and don't know what they are doing. Obviously I had to turn to another pharmacy, which thank goodness listened to me!!
