Negative experience. I was supposed to take several prescription medications, but two of them were unavailable. The person who served me ordered them without notifying me, forcing me to return later since the order could not be cancelled. A little more professionalism wouldn't hurt.

Rude staff. Lack of courtesy and professionalism in communicating information regarding the pharmacy's closing time. I asked twice if they were closing and was told no but when I asked for 4 medicines the doctor started snorting. Very negative experience. I hope he's not the owner.

The guy with the beard is rude like few others, if he were the owner he'd better close down. They tell me to come back at 8/8.15 and they open at 8.25, and what's more this bald and bearded guy scolds you if you come in since you don't have the whole day and you don't have convenient times, like him evidently. Furthermore, inside the pharmacy is ugly and the attitude is that of a government official.

Professionalism, kindness, availability for any type of pharmacological advice. For me, it has become an important point of reference!
