I visited the Matarazzo pharmacy this evening 7/19/2023, 9pm, I was looking for a fairly common medicine that I always took without a prescription and I absolutely needed it, I wouldn't have gone on a night out otherwise, without being rude, an employee denied me the medicine after having given us After thinking about it, she obviously wasn't sure of what she was doing or saying, unprepared and rude, I went to another pharmacy and they served me straight away without any problems.
Professionalism and courtesy are the basis of everything Dr. Vincenzo is an exquisite person
