Regarding the 2 perfumes that were not delivered in November 2023, Mattina Apotheke has now (January) refunded money to Amazon. It would have been great if this aforementioned correspondence had taken place a little earlier. Nevertheless, a thank you to Italy.

Too bad I can't give less than one star. Twice I have purchased from Mattina pharmacy and twice I have received a rip-off. first time on Amazon: of 3 items ordered, only one was shipped; contacted, they sent a second with the promise that they would soon send the third, which never happened. Second time on Ebay, in this case they didn't send me anything; contacted for a refund they remained a fugitive. I asked Ebay for help to get it.

I hadn't purchased products from them for several years, after reading the latest reviews I was a little worried, because I've always found them to be very good, courteous, helpful, attentive and fast in shipping. I placed an order 3 days ago, I was immediately sent a confirmation email and order summary and as soon as the package was shipped another email confirming shipment with tracking. Everything arrived this morning and as always there were NO problems. Since it is enough to go a little further to see endless queues outside the pharmacies everywhere, I think that those who have unfortunately had some inconvenience should attribute it to the massive amount of work that pharmacists who are truly overburdened have to deal with. I order available products and I am told only after payment that a product is not available. I've been waiting for over 10 days to get the refund and it hasn't arrived and what's more they don't respond to emails. Unprofessional people. NEVER THIS PHARMACY AGAIN.

I receive a notification that I have entrusted the shipment to the courier, then they tell me that they were mistaken in the existence of the product (2 PCS), subsequently that they will reimburse me for the return, mediocre seller.
