Recently, I was in a pharmacy where the pharmacists were extraordinarily kind and friendly. I immediately felt at ease thanks to their welcoming and friendly approach. I was a little confused about which product to choose for a persistent headache, but the pharmacists were very patient and knowledgeable, explaining the various options available and suggesting the best solution. They also offered me helpful tips on how to prevent headaches in the future. It was a pleasure to interact with them, thanks to their kindness and their competence. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for excellent service and a knowledgeable staff.

Personally, I don't feel satisfied at all. I ordered 4 products online, paid for them, they only sent me three. Shortly after making the payment they refunded me for the missing products but they made a mistake in the calculation so they credited me a lower amount. I contact them to recover the difference they owe me, they offer me a voucher to consume from them if I agree but I'm not interested and I ask for a further refund on the payment method. And they tell me they can't. Result: due to their failure I find myself forced to spend an additional 5 euros on shipping to recover my money and, since it is a minimum sum, it really seems like a joke to me. In short, I ask for a refund due to their mistake and they force me to continue spending with them, it doesn't seem ideal to me

I would like to thank the doctors of the Vezzosi pharmacy for helping me resolve the inconvenience created by the superficiality of a specialist from Villa Paola di Capranica in prescribing drugs (very high cost!) with an unusable prescription in my region of residence (Umbria), which I would have so I was able to get it from my local health authority just by paying. They booked the medicine I needed over the phone, then notified me via text message when it was available at the pharmacy, thus saving me the wasted trip in case it wasn't immediately available. Fortunately, despite some who behave with little skill, there are still many who practice their profession with the intention of helping others. Thanks again!
