EXPENSIVE and really bad service. Also most of the good notes here are FAKE because it's people with just 1 comment. And most of the bad comments are real people as they have many comments. They just try to sell you the most expensive product and when you ask them to see others they tell you it's all the same price.

Terrible staff... not evening listening to what you’re asking .. and is there a law on not putting any price on anything? The guy at the counter was literally bartering for some hay fever pills. “You know what guys, I’ll do 10 instead of 20.” Are we in the middle ages still in Rome?

An unpleasant experience, I went shopping at the pharmacy today 23 December at 7.20pm. When I arrived, an adult employee with orange hair asked me if I wanted her help, I accepted and she explained the 1+1 free promotion. When asking for further clarification, there was a misunderstanding on his part, telling me that the product did not necessarily have to be the same. When I got to the checkout it was explained to me in a not very nice tone that it had to be the same product instead. Furthermore, he raised his voice in front of everyone, humiliating me and also telling me: "that I wasn't all this sympathy" and adding with not very nice words that I couldn't afford more expensive creams. Pointing out to her that I too have worked on contact with the public and have never allowed myself to say things like that. You have to know how to choose your employees and the lady certainly isn't suited to courtesy and this job.
