Farmacia Mazzolini

Being a pharmacist gives you the privilege of entering people's lives. You often have a few minutes to ask the right questions, to listen to words, tones and nuances, to interpret the pauses. A few minutes just to give help, an explanation, a reassurance that is never an empty word. Everyone's smile, even if hidden by a mask, is always the best cure.

Kind and well-equipped. It's a shame that they don't do the swab test even though it's the only pharmacy in town and to do it one has to go outside Pontirolo, having to use the car or worse still the bike. It would be nice to have an autonomous country in services, but no. They told me they have the 'do it yourself' one but that's not what I asked for, very bad. Since I'm in another pharmacy that is providing me with a service, I spend my money elsewhere.

All the staff are helpful and well trained, the owner is a real gem...I recommend
