One star is too many!. Really rude pharmacist and not at all polite, Prices not displayed, change thrown on the counter and money falling on the floor where you have to bend down to get your change, crazy stuff, stay away from this pharmacy, maybe the "pharmacist" would be better off to work in a lamp center.

I take the nearby funicular every day. Extremely exaggerated prices. Kindness and seriousness close to zero. If you need to check your blood pressure, you either pay or they say they don't have the monitor to do it!!! They warned me about it but I still fell for it once. Doctor Cavagnoli's Mediterranean Pharmacy ⚕ is an important pharmacy in Naples. The place is modern and welcoming, and here you can find, in addition to the classic pharmaceutical products, also many parapharmacy, cosmetics and skin care items. Doctor Cavagnoli is a very knowledgeable person with undoubted professionalism, and his collaborators are really very kind and helpful (during the pandemic period I found a lot of empathy and understanding 🙏). Prices are obviously proportional to the drugs, and in any case not far from direct competition. The pharmacy is located in a very strategic position, a stone's throw from the Mergellina Funicular and the Maritime Station for the islands 🏝. Right near the entrance there is a taxi rank 🚖 and a bus 🚏 stop 🚍. Behind the Pharmacy there is also the important "Mediterranean Clinic" 🏩, should it be needed. My opinion is certainly positive.

My mother often goes to this pharmacy, buys medicines, supplements, in short everything we need, but for me it will be the last time I spend my money in the Mediterranean pharmacy. Thursday I go into the pharmacy to buy a supplement/cream to deflate my face, after having had a delicate operation, a little disguised with the hat so as not to show the scar, I enter the pharmacy, and the lady (CALLING HER MADAM IS WAY TOO POLITE ) at the counter stares at me in a way that I don't like at all, then regardless of the state I'm in, he tells me, "you look like Michael Jackson!" Meaning what?…. I go in to make some purchases and should I feel insulted? but then do we know each other? who gives you all this confidence? who are you? but above all, from which pulpit? we all know that if they compare you to Jackson it's not to give you a compliment, but to tell you that you are the "TOP"! They compare you to him because of the unpleasant appearance he had after all the surgeries... But it doesn't matter to me... One thing is certain, neither I nor my mother will ever again spend our money in this pharmacy, where its collaborators, instead of do their job, they start judging a customer's appearance without thinking that at that moment I wasn't in the right spirit to face such a comment... NEVER AGAIN, and the funny thing is that the offense came from someone who is a bad copy of “Ugly Betty“… ABSURD… RUDE like you are, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
