I arrived yesterday around 4.10pm at the pharmacy, at 4.40pm after a queue of 20 people (without distancing) I arrived TO PAY for the rapid swab. At this point I inform them that I need the certificate in English since I have to leave the next day and I am reassured by the Doctor who tells me not to worry, that they can do it and print it. So I go to the queue for the swab: at 5.30pm I finally manage to take the swab, I reiterate my need for the certificate in English, and I am once again reassured by the Doctor (then I ask for further clarifications regarding the certificate, and I ask more times to make sure it is in English). At 6.30pm, yes you understood correctly, after an hour (and this was supposed to be the rapid test) I was given the result IN ITALIAN! At this point I express my disappointment and the doctor explains to me that there is something strange in the system that does not produce or issue the green pass (which is both in Italian and English) and that they have to try again: at 8.00 pm I still I haven't seen anything in English, so I ask the Doctor if it is possible to make a certificate that is not the green pass, but which is in English and signed by him, who tells me yes and reassures me and promises that he would send me the document via email the same evening. Obviously it's morning now and I haven't received anything yet, I'm trying to call and they don't answer. To summarize: INCOMPETENT.

I had asked for a product with certain components. Since they didn't have one, they offered my husband a different product. When he brought it home, I immediately went to the pharmacy to return it, because the replacement product they offered did not contain the same components. They didn't give me any option to exchange the product or refund. Point.
