I'm closing the year 2022 with the flu vaccine right in this pharmacy in Carate Brianza (MB). Was I the last, late? I don't think so, the black sheep who are against vaccines are never missing! The staff did well in following me, but perhaps a suggestion concerns those infected with Covid. When this misfortune happens to a person, instead of intervening with home medicines, we tend to push people away and say: "He can't even come in here, we can't do anything!" I don't agree with this statement, especially if it comes from pharmacists or graduate nurses (general practitioner clinic). There is an excellent car "parking" nearby (school), but there are also often undisciplined drivers who take advantage of a small, forbidden free space at the entrance. Finally, there is the usual issue of the receipt which, due to the "Privacy Protection", hides the name of the drug, replacing it by law with a code which however, if the packages purchased are numerous, is not easy for the customer once he returns at home understand how much you paid for that particular pharmaceutical product. I believe that sooner or later, the topic will be brought up in Parliament for a review. Happy New Year 2023!

Shame without shame. I went on Saturday to confirm the current doctor. The very unpleasant blonde pharmacist lady. He told me it wasn't true that I should have done it on Saturday morning and that their terminals didn't work until April 4th. Moral... I no longer have my doctor and I will have to wait for a new doctor... I have already filed a complaint with the ATS against this pharmacy. Shameful. I hope they close it soon...

8 months pregnant, fever, cough, malaise, I can barely leave the house after a day at work. I ask for a swab but nothing, "you have to book". I try to explain my situation and ask for an exception. In vain. I still drive around, but the pharmacies in the area are on the same line of inhumanity. I return home, sleepless due to the worsening symptoms, the next day at 6am to go and queue at a private laboratory. At 9.30 the result: obviously positive. How sad. I understand that you are overloaded, I understand the organizational needs, I understand that if every customer asks and demands it is the end. But a bit of humanity is needed in certain exceptional cases.
