I had already been told about the rudeness of this pharmacy, but today I experienced it first hand. The pharmacist who served me questioned my requests and concluded the discussion by blaming the heat. At the time of payment I present the debit card and snortingly asks me if I don't have cash, given the "ridiculous amount" and I don't even have it. the tax code was requested for the deduction. If education, respect and the ability to listen to the customer are lacking, then it would be appropriate to change jobs.
The owner should calm down, surely a valerian or something like that would do her good to calm her nerves... she is short-tempered and intolerant, falling into rudeness... those who provide a service behind the counter must be courteous, available and polite .
The place is quite good, the place is clean. The staff is also quite friendly and polite. Sometimes it happened that I couldn't find quite common drugs. We really needed a pharmacy in the Annunziata area!
