The first time I left an excellent review, for the general friendliness of the staff of this pharmacy... I think the feeling is still the same but, nevertheless, yesterday something happened to me which is, I think, scandalous. They call me, absolutely them, for a promotion via text message, to participate in a trichological hair analysis, a type of visit that intrigues me and which I have never carried out. I go and introduce myself as agreed and they are intrigued. Obviously. We had already heard twice before about problems due to their trichology which had problems and setbacks and had to return to Finale Emilia. So I advance the time and meet, first of all, THEIR NEEDS. I arrive, she makes me sit in an armchair and this girl, in a very annoying way, starts asking me if I had ever done such an analysis, and why I did it, and why I had become enlarged and if my hair fell out and why how and why, and what and how, in a pressing and annoying way, as if someone like me shouldn't have a certain type of check up, since there's nothing wrong with my hair. So I reply 'but I don't know if my hair is okay, tell me.' The pharmacy simply invited me to this consultation, among other things to then represent some trichological products and I, legitimately intrigued, introduced myself, that's all. The manner of this girl was really annoying, of someone who really doesn't know how to have relationships with the public and after several of her speeches and pressing and irritating questions, I replied '"look, please let's leave it alone, I'm not the one who has to do you a favor, If it's too much for you to do your job, let's avoid it, I'll get up and leave." He almost wanted to make it seem like it was my fault that the information had been given to me incorrectly in the message and that my hair didn't deserve an analysis, perhaps even just for preventative purposes. And that's what I did, I got up and left, crazy stuff, unheard of. And I invited her to return to Finale Emilia, since it seemed to me that she was in such a hurry and anxious to liquidate me. There needs to be more organization for these things, even on the part of the pharmacy itself.
