A warranty. Efficiency, availability and professionalism. Doctor Messore and his doctors offer a quality service not only to the town of Ausonia but also to the surrounding area. Great availability from everyone. Many services also of a nursing nature. And last but not least the great competence of the professionals.
Lack of professionalism. I made a withdrawal on 8/14. At the end of this procedure (not before) I was informed that the result would be ready after 7 days. In the late afternoon of that day I show up, exams not ready. I show up the next day (morning), exams not ready. But the most important thing is to get paid, I pay. I received an empty email in the afternoon. I contact the "pharmacy" again. They forward the email to me. Out of 3 attachments only 1 arrives. I try to ask for explanations, they make themselves UNFINDABLE. This morning I received an email (I would have called but never mind) telling me that the other exams would never arrive again. Incompetence and disservice. Luckily this is not healthcare.
