Thank you for your attention ❤️ I'm pleased to note that, as I was sure of, he went through the 3 old reviews and mentioned them, but he can't know what's behind each of those experiences and I don't think it's worth boring you here. . As soon as I left the pharmacy I looked for the other ones that were open. Noticing that they all closed at 8.30pm, I thought that if they all work like you, turning off their PCs for 30 minutes (for various reasons) and, inevitably, interrupting various services 30 minutes before the actual closing time, I would have wasted further time. I think that when you want to help a person, it doesn't take much to do it, you just need to want it. At 8pm, like at 8.15pm, or even at 8.35pm if necessary. It's called professionalism. His excellent collaborators may have brought their work home many times, but my experience was a rebound in working hours. Call it discrediting a person, call it whatever you want. I call it reality. The fact that the pharmacy spends ALL DAY printing green passes is commendable, but you don't know the reason why a person might urgently need one at 8pm, search online for an open pharmacy and go there immediately. Unfortunately I was not told that the service has not been provided since 8pm, but simply that the PC was turned off, so I thought that turning it back on to serve the community whose good is so dear to you shouldn't be such a great effort. The step of hiding behind a cell phone escapes me, since I don't seem to have hidden my personal data. Just as I miss discrediting other people's work. I don't think I lied. The service is actually not provided (from 8pm) but I don't think this is written anywhere so in the future if a person needs to print a green pass (after 8pm) they now know that they would do better to solve the problem not to go to your pharmacy. The pharmacy closes at 8.30pm but at 8.10pm the PC is already turned off and too difficult to turn it back on to print a green pass. If it had been a paid service there would have been more desire to help a customer
