I've read everything, lack of empathy, lack of friendliness, even that female doctors bring their own problems to work. I moved to Modica almost 4 years ago and discovered this pharmacy by chance and above all to break the habit of all my acquaintances of always putting the love pharmacy on the podium (also an excellent pharmacy, God forbid) At Michelica's pharmacy I found courtesy, competence, dialogue, understanding, help with any problem they can help with and as far as empathy is concerned they have plenty of it. I would also like to remind you that behind the coat there are still people, women who have to face their own problems if they arise and it can also happen, humanly speaking, that you have a bad day. For me they are the top 🤩

The Pharmacy is new and located in a strategic position for the expansion of Modica. The doctors who manage it are trained, friendly and available to resolve any medical request.

I am reviewing because the very kind (I am very ironic) owner invited me to do so (as a threat?) after having called me an arrogant girl without even knowing WHO I AM and was also refusing to give me insulin, which according to her was not it's not even a life saving drug (ignorant). I will never set foot in this pharmacy again unless in an emergency like today. I was then given the insulin, after having treated me terribly, by two adult ladies, graduates, in lab coats, with empathy under their feet.

The only pharmacy where you can find kindness and competence

It can definitely improve on friendliness. One of the two doctors perhaps forgets that you shouldn't bring your personal problems into the workplace and that kindness and courtesy are the basis for establishing a good relationship with the client. Terrible approach.
