Rudeness and arrogance. Saying "this product requires a medical prescription" is a sign of politeness, rudely and arrogantly saying "it is not a moisturizing cream" WITHOUT saying that a medical prescription is required is pure rudeness. And I could go on telling other similar episodes, but it's not worth it. Professionalism doesn't exist here.

I give one star because the system doesn't allow me zero. I went to take a swab from my daughter without symptoms because she had had contact with a positive and poditivj home swab. When I started to explain the situation the owner didn't even let me finish, she attacked me, telling me that if she had a swab positive at home she couldn't swab me at the pharmacy, I had to go to the nearby center and immediately give me the flyer. She called me a poor girl in front of all the customers because according to her I wanted to do it at the pharmacy to pay only 15 euros instead of the 40 euros at the center . She sent me away in a bad way, I don't understand why she makes the reservation online if she is then afraid of finding positives or she does this to attract customers and then send them to the center and instead of earning 15 euros she earns 40 in the nearby center of which she it's certainly part of it in some way. Very rude because things can also be explained with other people. TONI really doesn't know how to deal with people and as I read from other comments it is clear that money prevails over profession. I amend the review on 12/08/2022 reiterating the 0 because after the My complaints on the FVG gcalendar website for swab preparation have changed the wording to include that they don't do swabs for anyone who has a positive swab at home. So instead of apologizing for their mistake/shortcoming, they sent me away calling me cheap and even later when I called them back saying that I had messed up without their center. Luckily I have the 2 printouts of the reservations that attest to all this. Ps the owner was walking around the pharmacy without a mask.

Overall I feel comfortable in this pharmacy, after a few staff changes there are now two very good young pharmacists, in particular the pharmacist gave me good advice and listened, which is essential in the healthcare sector. Perhaps, at times, having to wait for the bill due to the telephone line causes a bit of difficulty but it is not the fault of the structure but of the municipality which does not protect the commercial activities of the area. Overall, apart from a few small downsides, I'd say it's a very good pharmacy.
