Farmacia Mina S.a.s. del Dr. Lorenzo Mina

I'm writing this negative review after yet another episode. Unfortunately they don't answer the phone, you can insist but they pick up the phone, you shout "hello" and they leave it off the hook so you try again and find the line busy. Fantastic! They have a cell phone number and no answer there either. Maybe we need to review the service... Very calm in the service even if competent.

The best pharmacy in the whole area without a doubt. Friendly, smiling and always available staff. In addition to being a well-stocked pharmacy, it is also a welcoming and clean place.

I asked for a 30% sunscreen, they gave me a face cream, I asked for blue iridine and without letting me see it they packaged me with a similar product but different in composition. When you ask for a drug 9 times out of 10 they have to order it. Once they kept me for 1/2 hour because they wanted to talk to my doctor first because they didn't agree with the prescription. Enough... We can't take it anymore! Absolute zero professionalism Pure traders.

Excellent pharmacy. Courteous and competent staff. Never had anything to complain about.

Very kind and patient pharmacists except for one girl, who was not very courteous or helpful. Very good quality products. I recommend it
