Excellent well-served pharmacy, with professional and truly approachable pharmacists. We have been clients of Dr. Minerva and now of his two daughters (very kind and thoughtful) for many years. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Fabrizio and Dr. Luigi
It says opening on Google at 8.30, it's 8.40 and still nobody opens here. We called and they said "don't worry, we'll open now". Considering that it is a pharmacy and not a bar, and that it is assumed that anyone who shows up early in the morning, perhaps like me, has been ill all night, it doesn't seem professional to me to open as you like. When you have the license to do as you want...
Following the response to my first review, I CONFIRM WHAT I OBSERVED IN MY FIRST REVIEW AND ADD: Dear Minerva Pharmacy, for years I have been paying 3.60 Euros for the generic drug without a prescription (for 20 tablets and not for 7, as with you) in all the pharmacies in Lecce and the province from which I make the purchase. I will inquire about the matter with the pharmacists I usually purchase from. Greetings To avoid: mark-up on the generic drug. I paid 4.00 Euros for a pack of cetirizine tablets instead of 3.60 (this is the price the drug has everywhere in Lecce and its province). The price was on a sticker... underneath which another sticker indicated, in fact, 3.60 Euros. If you can, avoid it.
Wonderful pharmacy with always helpful and courteous staff
Well stocked, courteous staff. Everything normal. When I need them I go back to them. Parking a little inconvenient.
