Falsely friendly doctors, you can see it in the smug look with which they look at people. And anyway we all have a name, preceded by "mister", it is rude to say that "the little man" is coming to collect the medicines. The only good thing is that the pharmacy is also open on Sundays.

Today I made the serious mistake of stopping at the Mirabella pharmacy to purchase a rapid COVID swab kit as I had a sore throat, cough and headache. Let me start by saying that I was going to my office and that I was supposed to meet people this morning. Well I stop I enter the private car park with the turn located a few meters from the exit of the roundabout (very dangerous) I purchase the test for covid I pay and I leave... I arrive at the office to take the test and inside the package it was missing the tester, that is, the component that tells you whether it is positive or not. I called the pharmacist and the lady with a turn of phrase made me understand that it was my business and if I wanted the situation I would have to return to the pharmacy for almost another 40 km. Medicines are important things, they are not like lollipops and whoever sells them to you must know what they are giving you and must not just think about grabbing the money... in conclusion they don't control what they sell....I wouldn't trust myself to buy anything else from this pharmacy...it would seem that they are somewhat irresponsible...if not worse!

I found a lot of coldness on the part of the staff.... They probably don't need to win over the customer because the work arrives anyway! But..."he who sows reaps"...as the saying goes!

Congratulations for the service, it is not possible to have a control swab done with symptoms and I also booked the swab for the end of quarantine and I was given an appointment on the only day of closure, congratulations again!!

Top staff for professionalism and availability. Practically always open and a super-stocked pharmacy. N.B. Arrogant and pretentious people cannot understand kindness... Unfortunately it's like giving " pearls before pigs ". Fortunately they disappear on their own and no longer bother us.
