I spent €30 for 2 packs of douches and out of 10, 6 DIDN'T WORK, I went to the pharmacy but they told me they couldn't give me my money back or give me more douches. A little while ago I received a message again from the pharmacy where they told me that the douches are working, but this is absolutely not the case, they even blamed me but the 6 that I wasn't able to use I used in the same way as there is written on the information leaflet AS IN THE OTHER 4, it is not possible to waste €30 in this pharmacy

VERY BAD PHARMACY TO AVOID. This morning, around 10 am, they carried out a Covid swab on my daughter, immediately confirming, verbally, her negativity to my wife. They claimed that they could not deliver the report because the computers were blocked. In the afternoon, about 7 hours later, without even notifying my wife by telephone, they told her that the swab had become positive. It sounds like a joke but this is what happened. Around 7pm of the same day I went with my daughter to take a new swab at the Red Cross and, obviously given that the little girl didn't have any symptoms, it was negative. We go back to the pharmacy and display the new document which attests to my daughter's negativity but with great arrogance and presumption they do not admit their mistake and do not even want to try to remedy their wrongdoing. They don't care that 2 children, given that I have another child, won't be able to attend school, missing lessons and, last but not least, causing quite a few problems for both me and my wife in managing professional and family life. How can you certify a swab result after 7 hours of performing it? Will they comply with current compliance? Tomorrow I will make all the necessary reports to the competent authorities.

Be careful when swabbing here! My girlfriend went to take a swab this morning and it was negative, not being convinced since the swab stick had been inserted just a little into the nostrils she went to do it at the red cross and it was positive! It's a shame that while aware of her negativity, she went to visit her mother in hospital who had just had surgery! From complaint!
