Due to a product booking error (wrong product arrived) the lady at the counter was very rude considering that it was their fault. Not particularly friendly to customers. If anything, his response shows his lack of seriousness and education, as I have already said, you are very rude to customers. He even accuses me of having written with another profile, as you should note, there are other negative reviews due to your rude behavior towards the customer. .

Finally a real pharmacy, where in my opinion competent and friendly doctors help you choose the best product to buy (in my opinion the homeopathic products proposed by Dr. Alberta are excellent). It is very pleasing to see that there are still those who work with passion and who take into account the human side of people without just thinking about making money. Highly recommended!!!!

I feel the need to express my positive experience since I read a terrible one as well as confusing and senselessly denigrating. I have a recurrent carpal tunnel and for this reason I had no intention of undergoing a new operation. Having entered the pharmacy for a different reason, as well as being welcomed with kindness, I had the opportunity to talk about my own problem with Dr Parodi...well, with her homeopathic products, after not even a long cycle, I currently have solved my problem.
