Kindness... and that's no small thing... Convenient to do the swab, they are very fast and the gentleman who carries out the swabs is very kind and professional. I will definitely be a new customer. Rather than going to people who work with their faces only thinking about bringing home their paycheck. Keep it up.
I am, or rather after today I can say that "I was" a customer of this pharmacy. Sick and forced to stay at home, I sent my son with the prescriptions for the medicines I needed, the very annoyed pharmacist asked him "but does his mother at least come here every now and then?" If this is professionalism and friendliness.... You won't see me anymore, there are many other pharmacies in Tortona, luckily!!
A pharmacy that carries out its "service" function very well: competence, attention to the user with intelligent humanity. Very good staff, working under the supervision of the owner. Excellent center for carrying out investigations (ECG for example) without resorting to hospital waits. Very convenient location, with ample parking. I will definitely come back.
