They are mean and incompetent. We go here just because it's the only pharmacy in the city center (and thanks to the Italian law this won't change). Only the lady working there is very nice and helpful, you need to be lucky to get there when she is working.
I confirm: exhausting slowness with the male operator and little product assortment. The lady, however, was kind.

Doctor Annalisa Fanini is an institution... I remember her as a child when I lived in the historic center... Of a unique kindness and helpfulness... Same thing with the black doctor who has always accompanied her, other staff I honestly don't remember!
Sympathy and kindness not received. Embarrassing that it is the only pharmacy in the centre. I prefer to take the car and go elsewhere
