I receive the prescriptions via email from my mother's doctor, I'm outside Florence so I call to ask how to have them delivered. The pharmacist who answers me calmly tells me to dictate the codes to her, that she will prepare the medicines for me and that I can have my mother's caregiver collect them whenever I want. I truly believe that further comments are unnecessary. They have definitely solidified a customer.

I went to this pharmacy for the first time and I was amazed at the antipathy and lack of professionalism of the pharmacist who was more attentive to her son's babysitter than to serving her own customers.

Five stars all deserved. Even though I live in the area, I hadn't been to this pharmacy for a long time. I went back out of necessity and was very favorably impressed by the professionalism, competence, availability and kindness of the staff. I must say that all those I have dealt with have the characteristics set out above but I was struck by one pharmacist in particular. I don't know what her name is, I can say that she is a beautiful, not very young woman with glasses, if I'm not mistaken, green in color, but I wouldn't swear to it. The doctor represents what I think each of us is looking for, especially in those who work in the healthcare sector in a broad sense... I therefore highly recommend this pharmacy.

I was there a couple of times years ago and I didn't like it, I tried again these days and again I didn't like the service.

Pharmacists always attentive, kind, helpful and prepared.
