I am writing this to you so that everyone knows how you work. For 4 years I have collected the life-saving drugs that I buy in this country with a cob prescription complete with telephone number, name and invocation of my endocrinologist as I am resident abroad and cannot find them. and with kind permission my endocrinologist sent me the prescription by email which I printed and everyone always accepted always remembering that it bears the header and telephone number but after 4 years I was refused treatment as well as creating a problem for myself, it was created by the doctor herself who does me a favor as I am not assisted, I pay for the medicines out of my own pocket, the state won't give them to me, plus I have to make a trip to go back to buy them, this lack of seriousness of yours and above all lack of good faith on a customer who It's been 4 years since I would be liable to report it is enough for me to have found another pharmacy that knows me and to have resolved this truly discriminatory action given the knowledge of the situation it is unacceptable you will never see me again

I don't think I've ever found such kind and patient staff in a pharmacy. Even in this period of queues at the pharmacy due to the green pass swabs, I have never heard them complain about the situation and I thank them for this because they do not create a hostile environment between customers as unfortunately happens in other pharmacies. Therefore elected my favorite pharmacy ❤️.

I have been a customer/patient of this pharmacy for years even though it is not the closest to my home. Very competent and courteous staff make the difference for me!!!!!
