Rudeness is rudeness to the nth degree. Given that I was the only customer at that moment, none of the three pharmacists responded to my greeting either when entering or leaving the store. They seemed to be in mourning. Not suitable for contact with the public. I recommend 1 tablet of courtesy and education 2 times a day.

Disgusting.. rude. and they don't respect shifts... really to be left alone... when you're on duty people who need medicines don't enjoy traveling kilometers for nothing! you bastard! if you want do whatever you want, open a massage center or a bar, not a pharmacy..outside today there were over 20 people who had to go all the way to Appiano Gentile where in fact it was open!!! evidently they are more professional and prepared !!!!! disappointing in everything .. well we know that this pharmacy has never been well received but now the advice really is to dedicate yourselves to something else . and I speak for all the people who are already ill had to queue for an hour...goodbye

Rude and incompetent. You enter the pharmacy and they don't even answer when you say hello. Once they gave me a wrong medicine and on another occasion they gave me completely wrong advice. Before you open your mouth, be sure of what you are saying.

I'll start by saying that I never set foot in this pharmacy again, the rude lady who when you ask for a medicine only knows how to ask who it's for, the other rude ones don't say hello and respond badly, they only talk to their best friends, it's not a job for them anyway There are many more welcoming pharmacies nearby. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, but there is someone who is not very polite and barely says hello and almost seems like a nuisance.
