Very great place, had everything I needed and helped me replace my whole cosmetics kit when BA lost my luggage. Roberta helpede translate everything and was so lovely !
Had unusual bite, when English-speaking lady was not sure she guided me to nearby english-speaking doctor who within few minutes diagnosed me and prescribed me a medicine. I found pharmacy lady approach professional and responsible.

I am in San Teodoro for holidays and although I am reluctant to put reviews but in this case I felt obliged to give 5 stars well deserved both for the kindness, patience and professionalism shown towards me by the pharmacist who welcomed me, measuring my pressure and giving me valuable advice, thanks again
I join the negative reviews because I showed up at the pharmacy almost at opening time (5 minutes left) and the pharmacists were opening the door. I had just been stung by a bee and I was in excruciating pain and since I am an allergic person I had to take the antihistamine immediately and I asked if they could give it to me immediately and I was told that the pharmacy opened at 5pm and they didn't consider me receiving it despite the situation. Terrible and insensitive, to do this job you need altruism, otherwise stay at home. In another pharmacy they welcomed me immediately and treated me as well as giving me the medicines I needed. If there were 0 stars I would gladly give them
