Bad experience !!!

The pharmacist, as is well known, has an uncommon level of know-how, arrogance and rudeness. Congratulations to the owner for the choice of staff.

I booked a swab through the FVG pharmacy swab site at the pharmacy that appeared to be open on Thursday 6th January and carry out the swab service, called two days before to confirm since I didn't know the facility and preferred to make sure. When I arrived precisely for the appointment, the pharmacy was closed (online it was also open), with the lady inside who didn't even bother to give explanations despite having repeatedly rang the bell. 30km empty and the consequent inconvenience of not having been able to take advantage of what was requested... Congratulations!!

Terrible experience! In addition to underlining the rude arrogance of the pharmacist (which is unfortunately now known in the village) I would like to point out that in the absence of a state of emergency and a related law that obliges the use of masks in public places, oblige, or coercively invite customers to covering one's face in a public place as of today (11/05/22) constitutes a CRIME. The kind advice is one thing, the obligation as was rudely imposed on me if I had to return to the pharmacy without a mask is another, as per the law among other things. Should I need medication I will return and, until a law imposes the mandatory use of a mask, I will obviously return without it. And, if the unfortunate imposing (and illegal) behavior were to be repeated, it will be my concern to report and report the "lady" to the police.

My wife went to get some medicine. There was a queue of people waiting for the swab and there was only one person in the pharmacy both for the medicines and for the people waiting to be tested. But I say to the owner....... If you can't keep up with everyone, why don't you avoid offering the services that you can't provide decently?
