Kindness reigns in this pharmacy! I was not one of their customers... I needed a medicine for my son... and 8 pharmacies on the phone told me they were out of stock. I was lucky enough to have dealt with Mrs. ROSANNA, who in 24 hours he found it and notified me by telephone! I'm going to collect it and the other doctors were also exquisitely kind....EXCELLENT...you really work with conscience and professionalism THANK YOU

Yesterday afternoon I went to this pharmacy to buy a tachypirin and a cocoa butter. The cocoa butter that was sold to me is a PL3 SPECIAL PROTECTOR STICK4ML, this cocoa butter was sold to me for €. 6.20 practically the cost of the tachipirina! It seems scandalous to me in a difficult moment like the one we are experiencing to speculate on families in this way! P.S. this cocoa butter is sold for 3 euros... Furthermore, the staff is rude and not very polite. I go to this pharmacy only because it is close to home. I will try to avoid it in the future.

This afternoon I purchased some products in this pharmacy. I asked to pay with satispay and was told yes. After paying and receiving the payment acceptance message, one of the pharmacists told me that the payment had not been processed. Even when faced with my attempt to demonstrate the certified payment with the receipt on the satispay profile, the pharmacist very annoyedly asked me to pay again with the debit card. Once home I verified that the payment had actually been made and successful (therefore confirmed by them at the moment of payment!) and I returned. At that point the pharmacist (I imagine the owner) could only return one of the two payments made. The problem is absolutely not the mistake (it happens to everyone) but the arrogance of the pharmacist and the lack of excuses. I will not return. *The answer (I repeat that I did not receive any apology) is eloquent...

I have been a customer for years and despite some episodes of rudeness I have always turned a blind eye to it as the pharmacy is very close to my home. The last few episodes have convinced me to never return and to choose one further away. Advice to buyers: pay close attention to what they are selling you. The rudeness and lack of professionalism of the staff leave you speechless. Furthermore, the times displayed are not always followed, a serious disservice for a pharmacy.

I went a week ago for a galenic prescription (psoriasis ointment) and the owner made me pay a disproportionate amount, 25.80 EURO, compared to the previous time. (11.00 EURO) when I asked why such a high increase I was told that the raw material had increased, a 150% increase seems a bit exaggerated to me. I called a another pharmacy which told me that the same ointment would cost 10 euros. I strongly advise against this pharmacy.
