One star because I purchased a cream that unfortunately my daughter had already purchased. After four hours on the same day of purchase with the receipt and intact and sealed cream, I asked if they could exchange it for any other product. They didn't allow it. A little availability was enough... after all, only a few hours had passed, not days.

I'm sorry to say it but they often make a mistake in giving the right change. Second time it happened to me... once when I paid €50 the receipt was 12.50... and the change was the same as the amount of 20. Second time on the receipt 2 syrups ok strange but everything just before closing....third time there won't be because there are so many pharmacies and I'm bored....thanks

Pharmacists are always careful to give advice and warnings on the use of medicines. They are friendly and fast. Peaceful environment.

Unfortunately they refused to give me a drug (which I need to take every day), as the prescription had expired and I hadn't noticed. I had finished it and, given the urgency, I went to another pharmacy which delivered the medicine to me without problems.
